Ditron Dental USA offers solutions to simplify and streamline the complex process of fabricating dental implant restorations.
Ditron Dental USA’s Digital Analogs were specifically designed for a 3D printed model. It is an integral part of the fully digital procedure, from intra-oral scanning, to virtual dental implant planning, placement and digital restoration printing. The Digital Analog ensures the exact positioning in a 3D printed model.
The Scan Body is the first step in the digital workflow. It is used intra-orally or with a desktop scanner to accurately digitally capture the X, Y, and Z position of the dental implant in relationship to the remaining teeth and soft tissue. The digital scan is uploaded to the CAD/CAM software to plan and fabricate the final restoration. Ditron Dental USA is compatible with several CAD/CAM programs including 3Shape, Sirona, exocad, and dental wings.
Our Pre-Milled Ti-Blanks are used with milling equipment to produce original one-piece customized titanium abutments. The Ti-Blanks include a pre-manufactured MolecuLock™ 2.45 mm internal hexagon dental implant-abutment connection. There is a Ti-Blank with a non-engaged connection for multi-unit restorations. The abutment screw is included.
Ditron Dental USA’s Ti-Base has a dual function serving as both an Adaptor between the CAM manufactured restoration and the dental implants and Scan Body used for the digital registration of the X, Y, Z position of the dental implant. Available in multiple collar heights and featuring notches for grip retention. Each Ti-Base includes two identical abutment screws, one for laboratory use and one for the final restoration.
